Yea, the original trailer for Star Wars IV: A New Hope. God it makes it look so bad. This trailer isn’t even as good as the trailer for Zardoz.

It’s nice to see how far movie trailers have come.

So do Mastercard and American Airlines. They all sponsored this movie. I’m posting the trailer because:

• Oh my god it looks terrible.
• Like, really, really, terrible.
• It comes out September 2008. Did anyone hear of this movie?
• Mr Belding’s in the trailer. To be honest, he’s not holding up that well without the support of Screech.
• There are so many, many things I could point out. Like the plot with popular girls not liking an asian girl who will one day be succesful. Or the black kid who wants to be the doctor. Or the Jewish family that gets vandalized. I think, though, my favorite plot involves the Navy SEAL who gets paralyzed. Wait for the clip, you’ll know what I mean.
• Seriously…who thought this would be a good idea?

This video isn’t funny. It’s crazy. First person view of a base jumper as his parachute fails. Not to ruin the ending, but he lands in a tree. Oh wait, I think I did.

It’s pretty dramatic, except when they translate what he says in the tree to a skater-type dude’s voice saying “this sucks”. That was kinda funny.
